The Problem

Your crews are doing valuable work every week. The internet needs to see it.

Projects get finished, photos get taken, and too often those photos stay buried in someone's phone. That means future customers, general contractors, developers, and property owners do not see the proof of what your companies are already doing across West Texas.

Photos stay scattered

Jobsite photos end up in texts, phones, and folders with no system.

Websites go stale

Completed work does not always make it onto the website where customers can find it.

Search visibility gets left alone

Traditional Google search, Google Maps, and future AI search tools need clear, current proof of what you do and where you do it.

The Smarter Hire

Instead of hiring one person and hoping they can do everything…

This is the kind of workload most companies would need an internal marketing person for. But one employee still needs camera gear, editing tools, website experience, SEO knowledge, social media discipline, ad experience, and someone to manage the whole process.

In-House Hire

One person carrying every skill — and the overhead.

  • Salary
  • Training
  • Camera gear
  • Website skill needed
  • SEO skill needed
  • Ads skill needed
  • Management required

The Bundle Advantage

The Sister-Company Search Advantage

Because Packed Industries, Precision Screeding, and NXT LVL Paving work together, we can build a connected search strategy where the three websites support each other.

Site prep naturally connects to concrete and screeding. Concrete and screeding naturally connect to paving, parking lots, and chip seal. When the websites link to each other in the right places, it helps customers understand the full picture and helps search engines see the three companies as a stronger, connected West Texas group.

One Coordinated System

All three companies are managed together, so project content, website updates, social posting, search work, and reporting stay organized.

Strategic Website Links

We connect related pages where it makes sense — site prep to concrete, concrete to paving, and project proof to the right service pages.

Exclusive to Your Side of the Market

We do not take this system and hand it to direct earthwork, commercial concrete, screeding, asphalt, paving, or chip seal competitors in West Texas.

Scope

Simple scope. No confusion.

Exactly what is covered each month — and what is quoted separately — so there are no surprises.

Photo Volume

Includes up to 12 local jobsite content shoots per month. Additional local shoots or long-distance travel can be quoted separately.

Website Updates

Normal marketing website updates are included: project pages, service pages, text updates, photo updates, landing page improvements, and search improvements.

Social Posting

Facebook and Instagram project posting is included. Paid Meta ads, daily inbox management, and heavy video/Reels production can be added later if needed.

Ads

Google Ads management is included only in the Lead Generation package. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google.

Straight Talk

Honest expectations about search

Nobody can honestly promise the exact same Google ranking for every person, every town, every phone, every day. Search results change based on location, competition, device, and Google's own systems.

What we can control is the work that gives your companies a stronger chance to show up and be trusted: real project proof, clear service pages, current photos, active profiles, website quality, strategic links between the three sites, search-friendly updates, monthly reporting, and paid ads when needed.

The goal is top local visibility across traditional search engines, Google Maps, and future AI search tools for the services and areas that matter most — built the right way.
